River has been doing wonderful in his new home. This is in a big part to his new family giving him lots of love and toys and more love. His new owners have been so generous in not only taking care of River they are sharing updates and pictures with me, so my heart is truly happy now and any selfish bit of sadness I might have had is gone. How could anyone be sad when he is in such a loving wonderful place? Again I reflect on how fast he bonded with his adoptive "parents" when they came to meet him. He was so goofy and showed off for them and snuggled with them immediately.Her are some pictures of his journey home and settling into his new house.
